Drivers upload a driving licence image. Submission and review are not the same as a police background check.
Profile selfie
A driver profile photo record helps customers recognise who is arriving; it is not automated identity verification.
Vehicle records
Registration, model, type, photo, seats or payload and ambulance subtype are stored against driver vehicles.
Recorded trip activity
Booking status, location sharing, chat, safety events, completion and ratings create an accountable history.
User safety controls
Calls, chat, trusted contacts and shareable live-trip links help customers stay connected.
No platform eliminates every risk
Check that the person and vehicle match the booking, keep communication in HeyGo and share your trip. HeyGo does not claim that every driver has undergone a criminal background check unless that process is explicitly shown for that account.
