About HeyGo
Two problems, one platform
Everybody in this region solves the same two problems every week: getting themselves somewhere, and getting their things somewhere. They are usually treated as separate industries. From the pavement, they are the same problem: a vehicle is going where you need to go, and it has room.
Why we built it
The empty seat and the empty return leg
A car leaves Hyderabad for Vijayawada with one person and three empty seats. On the same highway a truck drives back from a delivery with an empty bed. Meanwhile someone is paying for a one-way cab, and a shopkeeper is trying to find a vehicle for half a tonne of stock.
None of that is a supply problem. The vehicles exist and the journeys are already happening. It is a matching problem: nobody knows about anybody else. HeyGo exists to close that gap, for people and for cargo, on the same platform and with the same verification behind both.
That is also why the two sides share a design. A driver with a car and three seats and a driver with a 14 ft truck are doing the same thing: publishing a journey and offering the space in it.
How we work
Four decisions that shape the product
Publish the journey, then share it
HeyGo does not dispatch vehicles into the city hoping for demand. Drivers publish trips they are already making, and customers book against them. That single decision is what keeps it affordable.
Say the capacity out loud
Most goods bookings go wrong for one reason: nobody agreed what the vehicle could carry. Every goods vehicle on HeyGo carries a published class and payload in kilograms.
Verify both sides
Customers and drivers verify by OTP, and drivers upload a licence and vehicle photo. Anonymity is what makes informal arrangements risky.
Build for this region first
The Hyderabad ORR, the Rajiv Rahadari, NH65 to Vijayawada, the Vizag coastal spine. Serving these corridors properly matters more than covering a map.

Telangana’s second city, a student and trading hub about three hours from Hyderabad on NH163, with steady two-way movement of people and stock.

The commercial junction of Andhra Pradesh, where NH16 and NH65 cross, with heavy two-way traffic to Hyderabad and down the coastal corridor.

Visakhapatnam
Andhra Pradesh’s largest city and port, spread thin along the coast, which makes both the daily commute and the goods run unusually long.

Karimnagar
A fast-growing north Telangana district centre on the Rajiv Rahadari, close enough to Hyderabad for a same-day return, far enough that nobody wants to drive it alone.
