HeyGo

Taxi service · Telangana & Andhra Pradesh

A taxi, a cab, a shared seat. Same app.

Call it a taxi, a cab or travels — what you want is a vehicle that turns up, a driver you can check, and a fare you knew before you got in. HeyGo puts local trips, outstation runs and shared rides in one search across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

Four ways to travel

Pick the one that fits the trip

The right answer changes between a 6 km hop and a 275 km highway run. HeyGo carries all four, so you are never forced into the expensive one.

A private cab

The whole vehicle for you and the people you are travelling with. Best when you want a door-to-door trip on your own schedule.

Book a cab

A shared seat

Pay for one seat on a trip a driver is already making. The cheapest way to cover a long road, and the reason HeyGo exists.

Share a ride

A car with a driver

A rental-style booking for a full day or a long route, with the driver included. For weddings, site visits and family trips.

Rent a car

An outstation run

City to city on the highways both states actually use — NH65, NH163, NH16 and the Rajiv Rahadari.

Before you get in

What a HeyGo booking shows you

The difference between a taxi you flagged down and a taxi you booked is information. Here is what you get.

The driver and the vehicle

Driver profile, rating, vehicle details and the registration number are on the booking before you travel, not after.

The fare, published up front

You see what the trip costs when you book it. HeyGo is a marketplace, so the driver publishes the fare and you decide — there is no meter surprise at the destination.

The trip, in real time

Acceptance, arrival, start and live location, with a shareable trip link for whoever is waiting at the other end.

A fallback if the driver cannot go

A booking that falls through is handed to another driver on the same route for your approval, instead of simply dying.

That last one has a name: ride assurance. A driver who cannot travel hands the booking on; you approve the replacement or walk away.

FAQ

Taxi and cab questions

How do I book a taxi with HeyGo?

Install the HeyGo app or open the web platform, enter your pickup and destination, and choose between a shared seat and a private passenger vehicle. You see the vehicle, the driver and the fare before you confirm, and you pay after the ride.

Is HeyGo a taxi app or a carpooling app?

Both, in one account. The same search shows shared seats on trips drivers have already published and private passenger vehicles for the whole car, so you can pick whichever suits that journey.

Which cities does HeyGo cover?

HeyGo is built for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, with city pages for Hyderabad, Warangal, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Karimnagar and intercity routes between them. Driver availability varies by city, route and time of day.

Can I book a taxi for an outstation trip?

Yes. Intercity travel is where HeyGo is strongest, because drivers publish the runs they are already making. Choose a private vehicle for the whole car, or a seat if you are happy to share the road with other passengers.

Can I book a taxi in advance?

Trips are published by drivers ahead of time, so booking a seat or a vehicle for a later departure is the normal way HeyGo works rather than an exception.

What about goods and emergencies?

The same app books mini trucks through to large trucks for goods transport, and lets you search basic and ICU ambulance vehicles. One login covers passengers, loads and emergencies.

Your next ride is a search away

Shared rides, private cabs, car rentals, goods vehicles, trucks and ambulances — one HeyGo account covers all of it.
