Download and choose Customer
Install HeyGo from Google Play, open the app and choose the Customer experience. You can also continue in the browser.
STEP 02
Create and verify your account
Choose Google Sign-In, then add and OTP-verify your mobile number when requested, or register with your name, mobile number and email.
STEP 03
Choose pickup and destination
Search an address, use your current location or adjust the map pin. Swap the route in one tap if needed.
STEP 04
Choose the service you need
Book a shared or private passenger ride, goods delivery by required capacity, or a basic or ICU ambulance.
STEP 05
Compare and book
See the driver, vehicle, time, capacity, price and rating, then confirm the option that fits your trip.
STEP 06
Travel with confidence
Follow acceptance, arrival and live progress. Call or chat, share a live trip link, use safety contacts, then rate the completed ride.
