Tempo and pickup booking
A tempo is what you book when the mini truck is one trip short. The extra body length matters as much as the extra payload: mattresses, dining tables and tall wardrobes travel far better in an 8 to 10 ft body than in a 7 ft one.

FAQ
Tempo and pickup: questions
What is the difference between a mini truck and a tempo?
Payload and body length. A mini truck carries roughly 500 to 1,000 kg in about a 7 ft body, while a tempo carries roughly 1,000 to 2,500 kg in an 8 to 10 ft body, which is what makes it workable for long furniture.
Is a tempo enough for a 2BHK shift?
For most 2BHK homes, yes, in a single trip if the load is packed well. Homes with a lot of appliances or heavy wooden furniture sometimes need a 14 ft truck instead.
