HeyGo

For drivers and vehicle owners

Publish the trip you were already making

HeyGo does not send you on new journeys. It fills the ones you already run: the empty seats in your car and the empty return leg of your truck, with people and loads going the same way.

  • Cars and passenger vehicles
  • Mini trucks to large trucks
  • You set the trips
A truck driver at the wheel of his cab, the kind of vehicle owner who publishes runs on HeyGo

Who drives with HeyGo

Three kinds of vehicle owner, one portal

Car owners with a fixed route

You drive the same commute or the same weekend run with three empty seats. Publishing it costs you nothing extra and shares the cost of a journey you were making anyway.

Mini truck and tempo owners

City work is feast or famine. Publishing your availability on the platform puts you in front of shifting and restocking jobs you would otherwise never hear about.

Truck owners running lanes

If you run Hyderabad to Vijayawada regularly, the return leg is where the money leaks. Publish the run and book a load against it instead of driving back empty.

Onboarding

What you need to register

Everything here is collected once, during driver registration. It is also what customers see before they book, which is the reason the platform asks for it.

FAQ

Driver questions

What do I need to register as a HeyGo driver?

Your name, mobile number and email, your vehicle registration number, name, model and class (passenger or goods), the vehicle payload capacity in kilograms, plus a photo of the vehicle and of your driving licence.

Can I register a goods vehicle as well as a car?

Yes. Vehicle class is set as either passenger or goods during onboarding, so car owners publishing shared rides and truck owners publishing load runs both use the same driver portal.

How do I publish a trip?

Sign in to the driver portal, create the ride with your route and timing, and manage the bookings that come in against it. You update the trip status as the journey progresses so riders can follow it.

Put your empty seats and empty legs to work

Register your vehicle, publish the trips you already make, and manage every booking from the driver portal.
